Who runs it
Joe owns and runs the business. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and he works the way you would hope: shows up when he says, finishes what he starts, and leaves the house better than he found it.
How we work
The Marine Corps taught Joe a way of working that stayed with him: be where you said you would be, at the time you said, do the job properly, and do not leave until it is finished.
In a house, that means we arrive on the day we agreed to, work through the whole list, and sweep before we go. You deal with the owner from the first call to the last sweep.
Clearing a house often follows a loss, or comes just before a big change. We keep the work steady and the price in writing, so you have one less thing to worry about.
Joe is also an active volunteer firefighter in his local community.
Where we work
We are based in West Chester, PA, and we serve Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Bucks counties.
