Every room, plus the basement, the attic and the garage. Larger jobs take the crew more than one day.
A few rooms

A basement, a garage or an attic on its own, or the rooms you are not keeping. We price it from the same walkthrough.
What you keep stays

You mark what stays and we work around it. We go over the plan with you before the dumpster arrives.

If you are moving to a smaller place, you decide what comes with you.

Mark it, move it out, or tell us at the walkthrough. We clear the rest, and you do not have to sort every box first.

Tell us your moving date when you call. We say plainly whether we can fit it.

Little is needed before the walkthrough. These help:

Mark what stays with tape or sticky notes, or move it out of the rooms we are clearing.
Think about where the dumpster can sit. A driveway or a flat spot a truck can reach works best.
Point out stairs, narrow doors and anything very heavy, so we plan the crew's time.
If you live in an HOA, check its rules on dumpsters. If it has to sit on the street, we check whether your town needs a permit.

These stay out of the dumpster, and out of our jobs.
