How a West Chester area cleanout works
A walkthrough, a written price, and a crew that finishes the job.
How it works
We walk the house with you
You or someone you trust goes room by room with us. You tell us what stays and what goes, and we look at the stairs, the access and the driveway. We also check whether the dumpster needs a permit.
You get a written price
One price for the whole job, in writing, before any work starts. It covers the crew, the dumpster, hauling and disposal. If you approve it, we set a date.
We clear it and leave it broom clean
The dumpster arrives, and the crew works until the house is empty. We set aside what you flagged, load the rest, and sweep before we leave.
What does a cleanout cost?
We price each job after seeing the house, because a half-empty colonial and a packed one are very different jobs. As a guide, smaller dumpster jobs start at $1,500, and most whole-house cleanouts land between $2,500 and $5,000. You get a written price before we start, and it changes only if you approve a change.
A truckload price covers a pile. We bring a dumpster to the property and a crew inside the house, so our price covers the dumpster, disposal, labor and a broom-clean finish. How a crew and dumpster job works
