Cleanouts for realtors and property managers around West Chester
An empty, broom-clean house by a date we agree on, with one written price.
What you get
-
A date we agree on
Tell us the closing or listing date on the first call. We say whether we can make it. If we say yes, we are there.
-
Empty and broom clean
Everything we were hired to remove is out, loose debris is picked up, and the floors are swept. Deep cleaning, repairs, and mold or pest cleanup are separate jobs.
-
One written price
Crew, dumpster, hauling and disposal in one price, agreed before work starts. It changes only if you approve a change.
-
One contact
You, the owner or the family can be our contact for access and questions. We work with whoever holds the key.
What we need
For a quote, send us:
- The address, and who can give us access: a lockbox, a key handoff, or someone on site.
- Your deadline, and what depends on it.
- Who is authorizing the work: the owner, the estate or the landlord.
- What stays in the house, such as items sold with it, staging pieces, or things the owner is keeping.
Landlords
Vacant units and tenant leave-behinds are part of the work.
We clear a unit once the owner or manager has the legal right to clear it. Tell us your role when you call, and we put it in the written agreement.
Looking for what we do not take? See the questions page.
Tell us the address and the date
Send a few details and we will call or text to set up a walkthrough. You see a written price before any work starts.
