One crew, one dumpster, one price for house cleanouts near West Chester
How our cleanouts work, and how they differ from junk removal by the truckload.
By the truckload
Truckload services charge by how much of their truck your things fill. That suits a few items, a corner of the garage, or one piece of furniture.
A whole house can mean several truckloads. Each load is another trip, another charge and another day on your calendar.
Our way
We deliver a dumpster to your driveway, and a crew works inside the house and loads it directly. When it is full it is hauled away. We plan the dumpster size at the walkthrough, so the price you see already covers it.
The dumpster stays at the house while the crew works, so there are no loads to count and no trips to schedule.
What the price covers
-
The crew
The people who carry everything out, including stairs, basements and attics.
-
The dumpster
Delivery, the time it sits at your house, and pickup.
-
Disposal
The dumpster is weighed where it is emptied, and disposal is part of our price.
-
The finish
A broom-clean house, as we define it on the questions page.
What it does not cover
-
Items we do not take
Appliances, TVs, computers, monitors, tires, batteries and paint among them.
-
Deep cleaning and repairs
We sweep. If the house needs a cleaning crew, a painter or a repair, that is a separate job.
Which one fits
A truckload service may fit a few items. If you are emptying a whole house, ask each company what its quote includes before you compare numbers: the crew, the container, the disposal, and the finish.
